By adding small amounts of Fineshine manufactured nanomaterials into either the liquid or powder coatings, a paint film of organic and inorganic nanostructures is formed on the surface of the coating layer after high temperature curing. When under pressure, this layer of nanofilm provides excellent lubrication, giving the coating a very high hardness factor. It also enhances the surface coating’s scratch-resistant capabilities and its resistance to friction. Currently we are looking forward to applying this technology to more products in need of this high-hardness performance.
